What is Prolixo Field?
Prolixo Field is a field workflow for organizing jobs, capturing before and after photo evidence, preparing job records and keeping approvals with the work they belong to.
Where can I access Prolixo Field?
Open Prolixo Field at app.prolixotech.com. For account or access questions, contact prolixofield@prolixotech.com.
How long is original photo evidence retained?
Free retains original photo evidence for one year. While Pro access is active, originals are retained for up to two years. When Pro access ends at entitlement expiry, retained originals enter a one-year post-Pro retention period. Permanent account deletion overrides these normal retention periods.
How do I permanently delete my account?
You can start permanent account deletion from Prolixo Field or use the public Delete account page. Download anything you need first. Permanent deletion cannot be undone, and deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store, Google Play or separate legacy billing arrangement.
How do I contact support?
Email prolixofield@prolixotech.com. Include the account email and a concise description of the issue, but do not send passwords or payment credentials.
