Free and Pro use the same core workflow. The principal differences are usage capacity and original photo-evidence retention.
Original photo evidence is retained for one year under Free, subject to the Free plan capacity limits.
While Pro access remains active, original photo evidence is retained for up to two years. When Pro access ends at entitlement expiry, retained originals enter a one-year post-Pro retention period. Turning off automatic renewal alone does not end already-paid Pro access.
Users should download any original photo evidence they need before the applicable retention period expires. Permanent account deletion overrides the normal photo-retention schedule.
