Delete your Prolixo Field account

You may permanently delete your Prolixo Field account at any time. Before deleting your account, download any records, photo evidence or other materials you need to keep.
There is no guaranteed post-deletion download or recovery period.
Request account deletion
You can request permanent account deletion directly from this web resource by contacting ProlixoTech Inc. at the account-deletion address below.
When possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Prolixo Field account and identify the account email you want deleted. Do not send your password, payment card information or banking credentials. ProlixoTech Inc. may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before acting on an external deletion request.
You can also initiate deletion inside Prolixo Field from Profile > Delete account.
What happens when deletion is confirmed
When permanent deletion is confirmed, deletion begins immediately. ProlixoTech Inc. deletes personal information and account-associated service data under its control as soon as reasonably practicable.
Depending on the account and workspace relationship, this may include profile information, business and customer records, jobs, photos, estimates, invoices, receipts, expense records, signatures, approvals, notification data and other account-associated service data.
Shared-workspace records that are not solely controlled by the deleting account may remain where they belong to a continuing workspace or another authorized account.
Photo evidence retention
- Free: original photo evidence is retained for 1 year.
- Active Pro: original photo evidence is retained for up to 2 years.
- When Pro access ends at entitlement expiry, retained originals enter a 1-year post-Pro retention period.
Permanent account deletion overrides these normal photo-retention periods.
Operational records
Public-link and edge-request security records are normally deleted after 90 days. Subscription and billing-provider operational webhook records are normally deleted after 400 days.
These operational records are maintained separately from ordinary account data and may therefore remain until the applicable 90-day or 400-day retention period expires after an account is deleted.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Prolixo Field account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store, Google Play or separate legacy billing subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately through the applicable store or original billing provider.
